ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
Hamamelis virginiana Leaf Extract: Provides anti-inflammatory effect. Prevents bacterial colonization and helps diminish acne outbreaks. Improves hydration of stratum corneum or skin’s external layer by reducing water loss of the skin, which keeps its softness and elasticity. Controls skin’s sebum levels, which reduces inflammations caused by acne.
 
Salvia officinalis Extract: Has antimicrobial activity (Escherichia coli, Klebsiella Ozanae, Shigella Sonnei, Salmonella Bacillus Subtilis, Micrococcus Luteus). Inhibits activity of sage essential oil. Has anti-secretory activity, antioxidant and astringent properties.
 
Urea: Urea is a natural component of our skin’s tissues. It makes up to 10% of natural moisturizing factor, which decreases with age. Applied on the skin, it penetrates the stratum corneum, where it readily absorbs and retains water, thus increasing the capacity of the skin to hold moisture and rehydrate. At a molecular level, urea modifies the structure of aminoacids and polypeptides chains within the skin, which is important for helping to moisturize our delicate tissues. Urea’s numerous benefits is that it helps to accelerate the skins cellular renewal process. Urea works in synergy with ingredients that create the molecular structure of the skin. It actively works to remove dead skin cells and substances from the horny layer, improving cellular turnover in the epidermis and preventing water loss through the skin.
 
Lactic Acid: It has lightening effect on skin colour since it promotes a more homogeneous spreading of melenin and inhibits tyrosinase action, an enzyme that takes part in melanogenesis first steps. Purifying Complex: Purifying Complex contains Chaumoogra Oil, Black Cumin Oil, Manuka Oil and Magnolia Bark Extract. These ingredients reduce comedones, pustules and pimples and regulate sebum production. They also minimise inflammatory circumstances in mixed skin and have anti-microbial properties against P. acnes.
 
Purifying Active: Purifying actives are formed of Rutin and Hydroxycinnamic Acid. These ingredients reduce the production of sebum and reduce the inflammation caused by P. acnes.
